Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means Uk Barber Supplies. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
1. Prices, description and availability of goods
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. No contract exists between you and UK Barber Supplies until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods. We maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology.
We will sell to the UK and Northern Ireland but not outside of these areas.
Prices apply ONLY to UK mainland orders.
Free delivery on all UK mainland orders.
International deliveries please email for shipping costs.
3. Payment methods
All orders must be paid for by PayPal, cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay in instalments. All prices are in pounds sterling (£)
4. Returns Policy.
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from UK Barber Supplies, However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days by e-mail at email@example.com or call us on 01865 247824. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, and delivered by carrier it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault either by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01865 247824. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be “as new” when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at UK Barber Supplies we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note: A charge of £4.00 will be deducted from your order to cover delivery costs incurred by us.
All returns must be securely packed in original packaging and be complete.
